Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a highly skilled "Global Product Support Engineer" to support company's products lifecycle and understand the requirement for data analytics.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform analytical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems at a component level, minimizing equipment downtime
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve field issues reported from customer sites
• Act as a crucial technical resource for field engineers and technicians, providing support for complex equipment and software issues
• Assist with complex field modifications and updates based on engineering change notifications
• Participate in the new developments, own beta site test plans and reporting
• Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices, Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in system engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in semiconductor domain
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor equipment, including electro-mechanical systems and software.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to isolate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Conflicts and escalation management
• Experience with deposition or etch equipment's
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by quickly resolving issues and providing excellent technical support.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse customer environments and stay updated on new technologies
• Exposure to equipment software
