Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers across different regions to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Evaluate candidate skills and experience through in-depth interviews, using a structured interview format.
- Manage all aspects of the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Stay up to date on global recruitment trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a global recruitment role (US/UK/EMEA/APAC/LATAM).
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across various disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of global employment regulations and cultural nuances (preferred).
