GLOBAL RECRUITER - (MULTILINGUAL/ STEM HIRING)

As a Specialist – Global Recruitment, you will be responsible for growing a global network of staffing/recruitmentpartners.

You will play a key role in sourcing top talent (Contractual & Freelancers) from cost-effective regions acrossthe globe. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to build and nurture relationships with keystakeholders, fostering collaboration with partner’s ecosystem that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and engaging with staffing/recruitment partners to access and develop a diverse pool ofcandidates from cost-effective countries.

• Utilize various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels to source potential candidates witha key focus on Language specialist, multilingual specialist and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering andMathematics)

• Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with universities and higher education providers from key studyabroad destinations.

• Source and attract top freelancers by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and techniques.

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.• Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for short term/one-time assignment, including sourcing, screening,interviewing, and selection.

• Demonstrate success in communication and personal relationship development at all levels acrosscolleagues and partners.

• Prepare and present reports on recruitment activity, trends, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates andpartners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on contractual, Freelancer sourcing and/or staffingpartnerships.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technolog

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,848.95 - ₹44,250.11 per month
