Global Recruiter( STEM Hirings)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring STEM professionals across international markets. In this role, you will own and drive full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and scientific roles spanning engineering, data science, IT, biotech, and R&D — across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to build high-performing teams in a competitive global talent market, ensuring an inclusive and data-driven recruitment approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, IT specialists, researchers, engineers, and other STEM positions.
• Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche STEM job boards, and professional networks.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill global roles, using data to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria tailored to STEM roles.
• Drive a global recruitment strategy, understanding regional hiring laws, cultural differences, and time zones.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
• Promote diversity hiring and inclusive sourcing strategies across all regions.
• Coordinate with external agencies, universities, and partners for niche STEM hiring needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
