About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to international hiring. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top global talent to support our dynamic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global and domestic roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and provide timely updates to candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (international/global hiring experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
