We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Manager with a deep background in payment gateway solutions to join our team at Pay10. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in global sales within the fintech or payment industry, with extensive knowledge of payment gateways and digital payments. This role is critical in driving Pay10’s global growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the sales process end-to-end across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a global sales strategy to expand Pay10’s market presence in key regions, with a primary focus on the GCC, USA, and UK.
  • Enterprise Sales Focus: Drive enterprise-level sales by identifying and engaging with large organizations and corporations that require payment gateway solutions, ensuring long-term business relationships and revenue growth.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and target new market opportunities in emerging regions while maintaining and growing relationships in established markets, and ensuring Pay10's payment solutions meet local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with businesses,, banks, financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, and key stakeholders to strengthen Pay10’s position in the global payments landscape.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with global merchants, e-commerce platforms, and large enterprises.
  • Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Pay10’s payment gateway and digital payment solutions to address client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, compliance, technology, and legal, to ensure the delivery of seamless solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, and present these to senior leadership.
  • Solution Selling: Work with clients to understand their payment processing needs and propose tailored payment gateway solutions that deliver value and enhance their operations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with key clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and the smooth closure of sales deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing any challenges, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Global Payment Trends: Stay updated on global payment trends, innovations, and competitor activities to proactively adapt Pay10’s sales approach and offerings.
  • Market Insights & Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and partners to help improve Pay10's products and services, working closely with the product and technology teams.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring clear visibility into the sales pipeline and performance against targets.


Key Areas for Global Expansion:

GCC Region:

  • Focus on expanding Pay10's presence in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries by partnering with regional enterprises, financial institutions, and payment processors. Leverage existing fintech developments and regulatory advancements to offer tailored solutions.
  • USA:
  • Explore opportunities in the USA by targeting large enterprises and e-commerce platforms that require seamless digital payment solutions. Build strategic relationships with payment aggregators and leading fintech players to penetrate the highly competitive US market.
  • UK:
  • Expand Pay10’s presence in the UK by offering enterprise sales solutions to e-commerce giants, financial institutions, and multinational corporations. Navigate the regulatory environment to provide innovative payment solutions tailored to UK-specific market needs.
  • Emerging Markets:
  • Identify and target other regions with growing demand for payment gateways, such as parts of Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, where digital payment infrastructure is evolving rapidly.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications in fintech/payments is preferred. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of different business cultures and the ability to navigate relationships and partnerships in a diverse, global environment.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the fintech, payment gateway, or financial services sectors, with a strong focus on international markets. Proven track record of securing and managing high-value clients globally and closing complex sales deals across multiple regions (GCC, USA, UK).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive global enterprise sales, particularly within the fintech or payment gateway industries.
  • In-depth understanding of payment gateway solutions, digital payments, and the regulatory environments across different regions.
  • Strong background in closing high-value deals, negotiating commercial contracts, and influencing senior stakeholders within large organizations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
  • Extensive network within the fintech, e-commerce, and payments industries, with the ability to leverage these connections for business development.
  • Proven ability to navigate and manage relationships in diverse, global business environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while driving results.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
