Scope Of Responsibilities

Plan and execute the posting schedule of social content calendars, under direction of social lead, by organizing across partnerships, new product introductions, and regional priorities.

Monitor social media content, hashtag usage, and overall brand perception

Manage workflows, feedback, and approvals across stakeholders to ensure timely launches.

Coordinate cross-functional content creation with digital designers, copywriters, and brand marketing to ensure content is informative and appealing

Assist with event coverage, including pre-event planning, content capture and distribution to regional stakeholders.

Ensure experimental and influencer-style content integrates smoothly with high-production assets.

Track content performance and support iteration of formats.

Document and maintain processes to support collaboration across teams.

Collaborate with global brand and regional teams to facilitate content for local needs.

Stay on top of industry trends and shifts in target consumer habits
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a social operations coordinator for a global organization

Experience in Consumer Electronics or CPG brands
-
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Passion for helping companies meet their goals and improve their focus on their target market

Ability to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized fashion

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to remain composed and collaborative under pressure

An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
