Position: Global Social Media Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Social Media Manager to lead and scale our global social presence across multiple markets. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and reputation management across all social platforms, while ensuring compliance in regulated industries such as fintech, forex, and trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
· Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with brand, business, and growth objectives.
· Own the global content calendar and oversee execution across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, MENA).
· Define platform strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and emerging platforms.
Performance & Growth
· Drive measurable outcomes: engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and retention.
· Manage and optimize paid social campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams.
· Establish KPIs and dashboards for performance reporting.
Content & Brand Voice
· Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all markets.
· Collaborate with creative, content, PR, and product teams to produce high-performing content.
· Lead crisis communications and reputation management on social channels.
Compliance & Risk (Fintech/FX)
· Ensure all social content complies with financial promotion, advertising, and regulatory standards.
· Work closely with compliance and legal teams to approve content and campaigns.
· Monitor and mitigate reputational risks.
Stakeholder & Team Management
· Manage and mentor regional social media managers and agency partners.
· Collaborate with KOL/influencer, PR, CRM, and performance marketing teams.
· Manage budgets, agency contracts, and platform tools.
Key Requirements:
Professional Background
· 6–10+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3+ years in a global or regional leadership role.
· Strong experience in fintech, forex, crypto, or regulated industries.
· Proven track record of scaling social channels across multiple markets and languages.
· Hands-on experience with paid social, community management, and crisis response.
· Strong understanding of social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, native analytics). International or multi-market collaboration experience.
Nice to have:
· Experience managing KOL / influencer programs
· Multi-language capability (Arabic, Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred)
