Global Talent Partner

Now, we’re growing our network across the MENA region and looking for a Global Talent Partner (freelance) — someone with strong knowledge of the Egyptian market, based anywhere in MENA.

As part of our global team, you’ll work with international clients, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and bring your own local expertise into a truly global environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage sourcing, screening, and shortlisting processes for diverse roles.
• Communicate directly with clients and hiring managers.
• Use modern tools and ATS platforms to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with a global team that values agility, insight, and human connection.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience hiring for tech, commercial, or operations roles.
• A proactive, curious mindset — someone who thrives in remote, multicultural teams.
