Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields,

2 years of experience and Big4 experience is plus,

Good command of English, (Speaking, reading, writing)

Effectively using MS Office programs,

Tax and accounting knowledge,
-
Experience in international tax issues between Holding companies is an asset,

Experience in international transfer pricing (TP) implementations, TP reporting requirements & global documentation are asset,

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to develop and sustain relationships internally with business units and cross-functional.
Job Description
-
Contributing to the establishment of new systems and ensuring the reporting of transactional timelines.

Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data related to management reports and compiling relevant data accordingly.

Analyzing tax matters in the countries of operation and evaluating them in line with current tax regulations.

Coordinating the accounting reporting of Electrip/ZES companies with local service providers and local teams.
-
Ensuring compliance of Electrip/ZES companies' current and future transactions with legal regulations, and offering solutions in favor of the company within the legal framework.

Ensuring the review and control of the companies’ Transfer Pricing documentation.

Ensuring the fulfillment of the company's financial obligations and monitoring the submission of necessary declarations.

Monitoring the tax legislation in the countries of operation (Domestic, International, OECD and EU Directives) and informing relevant business units accordingly.

Conducting Tax Optimization.

Providing necessary guidance to business units on tax-related issues where uncertainties arise.

Managing global VAT refund processes.

Managing correspondence with official authorities and overseeing inspection/audit processes conducted by regulatory bodies in all countries where the subsidiaries operate.
