Global Tender Specialist

General Qualifications

• Graduated from university departments such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Trade, or completed a Master’s degree program.

• Experience in tender processes or a similar role.

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).

• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, and others is not mandatory but an advantage.

• Expertise in technical terms and tender processes.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data analysis, etc.).

• Ability to effectively use tender platforms (e.g., e-tender systems, Transporeon).

• Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

• Managing end-to-end tender processes.

• Analyzing and reporting data efficiently.

• Conducting market research to assess opportunities.

• Working on road, train and intermodal transport pricing.

• Collaborating with the sales team to develop new customer portfolios.

• Supporting improvement efforts for business processes in existing customer portfolios.

• • Sharing operational reports with relevant supervisors.
