Secure Tech Consultancy (Pvt.) Ltd., a leader in software development, biometric, time attendance, POS, and ICT-based technology solutions, is seeking highly accomplished professionals to lead our Business Development divisions in Lahore.
As GM – Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, expanding our client base, and developing strong partnerships across the government, banking, financial, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across assigned regions.
- Achieve sales targets and meet milestones.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in software development, customized solutions & integrations, selling bandwidths (of Data Center), biometric, time attendance, POS, and digital payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and software teams to develop innovative and customized solutions.
- Represent the company at senior-level meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Management deliveries, payment receipts and after sales.
- Work as Team Leader.
- Act as bridge between management, technology of Secure Tech with customer to resolve matters and gain sales advantages.
- Oversee and mentor regional business development teams to achieve organizational targets.
- Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Skills to Obtain repeat orders from existing and new customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or MBA in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong exposure to biometric devices, POS systems, and technology-driven financial solutions.
- Experience working with multinational or reputed local technology firms preferred.
- Solid understanding of networks, software systems, and solution-based selling.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the assigned region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong Supervisory skills.
- Highly proficient in making and following up on proposals.
- Identifying new requirements preferably prior to their advertisement.

Pay: From Rs280,000.00 per month
