GM PURCHASE (Real Estate)

• Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate lower pricing
• Search and source potential suppliers and vendors
• Provide reports for upper management
• Classification and Analysis of Consumables and procurement of the materials.
• Development new Vendor for achieving cost reduction, payment, terms, reduce lead time and improve quality of bought out components / materials, follow up and negotiation with supplies.
• Reducing leadtime by developing the suitable nearby local vendors.
• Selection of possible sources of supply.
• Generate Monthly purchase report, Monthly open purchase order analysis.
• Followup to vendor for timely supply the material
• Best negotiable skill

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
