The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Consultant/Executive to drive sales and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience to customers in the Gold Souq. This is a crucial, high-visibility role focused on building lasting relationships and achieving daily sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Sales Excellence: Proactively engage with local and international walk-in customers to understand their needs and guide them through our collection of gold, silver and other related services.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of gold karat, weight, pricing, and current market trends to advise customers accurately and confidently.
• Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate deals and manage the full sales transaction process, ensuring immediate and accurate sales reconciliation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build a rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals, maintaining our reputation for trust and integrity.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the beautiful appearance of the display cases and ensuring all items are correctly priced and secured.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: We welcome applications from fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, as well as experienced sales professionals. Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-value B2C sales is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Fluency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian) is highly beneficial.
• Aptitude: A quick learner with a professional demeanor and a sharp, sales-oriented mindset.
• Numerical Skills: Strong competency in basic mathematics for quick and accurate calculation of gold pricing.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates must either currently reside in Dubai or be able to relocate to Dubai within one week of receiving a job offer.

Compensation & Hiring Details

• Competitive salary based on experience, plus a rewarding commission structure.
• Immediate joining is required.
