Schedule

• Full-time role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily golf operations, tee times, and bookings
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries
• Support tournament and event planning and execution
• Ensure smooth communication between departments (pro shop, course, F&B)
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, memberships, and transactions
• Assist with inventory coordination for golf operations and retail
• Ensure compliance with club policies and service standards
