Google ads and Meta Ads Specialist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns that generate leads, sales, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create engaging ad copies, visuals, and A/B tests.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Prepare and present performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and analytics tools.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
