Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Google Ads Executive / Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of our Google and Meta advertising campaigns, optimize the website backend, and drive international sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Google & Meta Ads Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube) targeting international markets.
- Execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for both B2B and B2C product segments.
- Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and conversion-optimized creatives.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct regular A/B tests, audience segmentation, and keyword analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Website Backend Coordination
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates in coordination with the tech team.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve sales conversion.
Growth Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets and growth campaigns.
- Execute strategic ad campaigns based on seasonality, product demand, and geo-specific trends.
- Stay updated with ad platform changes, industry best practices, and tools for international eCommerce marketing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management (preferably for international eCommerce).
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, etc.
- Familiarity with website backend management tools.
- Performance and growth-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end ad operations and scale international campaigns independently.
