Google Ads Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our growing marketing team at Silver Palm | Salon, Spa & Medspa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, managing, and optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns that drive qualified traffic, conversions, and ROI.

This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen our online visibility, maximize ad spend efficiency, and support ongoing local SEO and brand awareness efforts across search, display, and retargeting channels.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) to achieve marketing goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Write, test, and optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum conversion performance.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
• Manage PPC budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong return on ad investment.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad messaging with brand tone and current promotions.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and overall conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max).
• Google Ads certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of keyword intent, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Experience with Facebook Ads or other PPC platforms is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in beauty, salon, spa, or service-based industries a plus.
