Samaritan Protective Services is a veteran-led security and risk management firm headquartered in the Washington DC metro area. We offer a range of services including Executive Protection, Uniformed Security, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), and Protective Intelligence (through our proprietary SaaS platform, Samaritan Vigil).

We’re expanding our digital marketing and are seeking a Google Ads / PPC specialist to assist with one-time setup and optimization of our Google Ads account.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads / PPC contractor to work with us for 1 day (approx. 6–8 hours) to cleanly structure and configure our ad campaigns from scratch.

This is a contract engagement — ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, set up everything correctly in one focused day, and hand off a fully functional campaign structure.

Responsibilities

• Review existing Google Ads account (minimal historical use)
• Design and implement 3 new campaigns:
• Executive Protection & Security (VA & DC region)
• Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (Nationwide)
• Samaritan Vigil – Protective Intelligence Software (US, Canada, UK)
• Conduct keyword research and apply match types
• Create responsive search ads (RSA) with up to 15 headlines
• Build out:
• Negative keyword lists
• Sitelink, callout, and structured snippet extensions
• Set campaign-level bidding, budget, and geo-targeting
• Set up conversion tracking (calls, form submissions)
• Ensure landing pages are linked and aligned
• Walk us through what was done and deliver a written summary or document

Requirements

• Proven experience in Google Ads setup & optimization
• Ability to work independently and deliver a working solution in one day
• Familiarity with Google Ads Editor for bulk CSV imports
• Experience with service-based or B2B campaigns preferred
• Bonus: Experience with security, risk, SaaS, or government contracting
• Must be comfortable signing an NDA

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certified
• Located in DC, Maryland, or Virginia (optional but preferred)
• Prior experience working with small or mid-sized businesses
