Google Ads Specialist

Logix Contact is hiring a Google Ads Specialist who can plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to generate qualified leads for our IT and digital services.

This role is focused on Google Ads performance and lead generation, not just campaign setup. We are looking for a data-driven professional who understands how to build high-converting campaigns, improve lead quality, optimize cost per lead, and contribute to business growth through measurable results.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Search campaigns, keyword planning, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Build and optimize campaigns across:
  • Search Ads
  • Performance Max (PMax)
  • Remarketing / Retargeting
  • Display (where relevant)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
  • Optimize campaigns for:
  • Qualified leads
  • Lower Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Higher ROI / ROAS
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign performance metrics
  • Continuously test ad copies, landing page angles, keywords, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance
  • Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and performance trends to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain regular reporting on campaign performance, lead quality, and recommendations

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads Search Campaigns
  • Performance Max (PMax)
  • Keyword planning and bidding strategies
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Conversion optimization
  • Funnel performance
  • Experience with:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Conversion tracking
  • UTM tracking
  • Google Tag Manager (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, negative keywords, ad relevance, and bid optimization
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to explain campaign performance with real numbers and insights
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Important Note

This role is focused on lead generation through Google Ads, not just ad account handling.

We are specifically looking for candidates who can:

  • Generate qualified leads for service-based businesses
  • Optimize campaigns beyond clicks and impressions
  • Understand lead quality, conversion performance, and CPL
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and results

Candidates with service-based lead generation experience (IT services / digital agency / B2B services) will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with the following will be given preference:

  • Experience generating leads for IT services, digital agencies, or B2B services
  • Experience with international markets
  • Strong understanding of landing page relevance and conversion flow
  • Ability to collaborate with sales / business development teams on lead quality improvement

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
