Social Media Marketing & Ads Expert (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale our online presence. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, along with a strategic mindset to collaborate with SEO teams for overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow accounts on Facebook & Instagram
  • Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
  • Write engaging captions and plan viral content strategies
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and inbox messages

Paid Advertising (Core Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Instagram Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
  • Perform A/B testing (creatives, copy, audiences)
  • Retargeting campaigns (Pixel & conversion tracking setup)

Performance Benchmarks & KPIs

Candidates must understand and aim to improve:

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): 2% – 5%+
  • CPC (Cost Per Click): Optimized & decreasing over time
  • Conversion Rate: 3% – 10%+ (depending on industry)
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Minimum 2x–4x
  • Lead Cost Reduction: Continuous improvement
  • Engagement Rate Growth (monthly increase)

Post-Ad Execution Responsibilities

After running campaigns, you must:

  • Analyze campaign performance (daily/weekly reports)
  • Identify winning ads and scale budgets accordingly
  • Pause underperforming ads quickly
  • Optimize landing pages (in collaboration with team)
  • Improve audience targeting using data insights
  • Set up proper funnels (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)

Collaboration with SEO & Web Team

  • Work closely with SEO specialists to:
  • Align ad campaigns with targeted keywords
  • Improve landing page SEO for better conversions
  • Optimize website speed & user experience
  • Suggest blog/content ideas based on ad insights
  • Ensure tracking tools are properly integrated (Google Analytics, Pixels)

Required Skills

  • Strong grip on:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Instagram Marketing
  • Google Ads
  • Knowledge of:
  • Conversion tracking & pixels
  • Funnels & customer journey
  • Canva / basic design tools (preferred)
  • Understanding of SEO basics (on-page + keyword strategy)
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
  • Desiging Ads

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with eCommerce campaigns
  • Video ad strategy (Reels/Shorts)
  • Copywriting for ads
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
