About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale our online presence. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, along with a strategic mindset to collaborate with SEO teams for overall digital growth.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow accounts on Facebook & Instagram
- Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
- Write engaging captions and plan viral content strategies
- Monitor engagement, comments, and inbox messages
Paid Advertising (Core Focus)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Perform A/B testing (creatives, copy, audiences)
- Retargeting campaigns (Pixel & conversion tracking setup)
Performance Benchmarks & KPIs
Candidates must understand and aim to improve:
- CTR (Click-Through Rate): 2% – 5%+
- CPC (Cost Per Click): Optimized & decreasing over time
- Conversion Rate: 3% – 10%+ (depending on industry)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Minimum 2x–4x
- Lead Cost Reduction: Continuous improvement
- Engagement Rate Growth (monthly increase)
Post-Ad Execution Responsibilities
After running campaigns, you must:
- Analyze campaign performance (daily/weekly reports)
- Identify winning ads and scale budgets accordingly
- Pause underperforming ads quickly
- Optimize landing pages (in collaboration with team)
- Improve audience targeting using data insights
- Set up proper funnels (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
Collaboration with SEO & Web Team
- Work closely with SEO specialists to:
- Align ad campaigns with targeted keywords
- Improve landing page SEO for better conversions
- Optimize website speed & user experience
- Suggest blog/content ideas based on ad insights
- Ensure tracking tools are properly integrated (Google Analytics, Pixels)

- Canva / basic design tools (preferred)

- Experience with eCommerce campaigns
- Video ad strategy (Reels/Shorts)
- Copywriting for ads
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager
