We’re hiring a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 5+ years of proven experience managing high-budget campaigns for both ecommerce and lead generation.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who can own performance end-to-end, scale campaigns profitably, and bring strategic thinking — not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Drive measurable growth in ROAS (ecommerce) and CPA (lead generation)
- Manage and optimize high-budget accounts ($10k–$100k+/month)
- Lead ecommerce growth (Shopify preferred) including feed optimization
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Perform advanced audience segmentation and bid strategies
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions)
- Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze data deeply and provide strategic insights, not just reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven track record managing profitable ecommerce and lead gen campaigns
- Strong expertise in Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and Search
- Experience handling scaling campaigns with consistent ROAS
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience working with Shopify stores
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Bonus (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in UAE / Middle East markets
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge
- Experience working in an agency or managing multiple accounts
