Google Ads Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, with a strong focus on driving measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI.

This role is best suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in building scalable campaigns across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and maximize ROI
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with user intent and campaign goals
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content) to improve campaign outcomes
• Stay updated on Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and industry trends

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Proven track record of driving leads, sales, or conversions through paid advertising
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities

This is an onsite night shift position.
Mon-Fri: 6 pm to 2:30 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
