About Us

We are a fast-growing nationwide legal services firm managing $250,000/month in Google Ads spend and scaling toward $1,000,000/month while maintaining cost efficiency, lead quality, and market dominance nationwide.

We are seeking a Google-first, data-driven performance marketer who specializes deeply in Google Ads but will also manage additional marketing channels such as social media, Meta, Bing, and other digital platforms.

Position Overview

Google Ads is the core of this role. You will own our entire Google advertising ecosystem—strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, forecasting, and scaling. This includes Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.

While Google is the primary focus, you will also manage supporting marketing initiatives across Meta, Bing, social media, and other digital channels to ensure cross-channel alignment and strong top-to-bottom funnel performance.

HubSpot will be used primarily as a data source—providing lead quality, close rate, and funnel insights to inform Google optimization and broader marketing decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Focus — Google Ads Ownership

  • Develop and scale Google Ads strategies from $250K → $1M+ monthly.
  • Build structured Search & PMAX campaigns segmented by search terms, state, and product.
  • Lead daily Google Ads optimization to improve CPA, CPQL, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Identify high-intent search opportunities and competitive edges.
  • Manage scripts, automation, feed-based optimizations, and advanced bidding.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Manage Meta, Bing, and social media campaigns as part of the broader marketing strategy.
  • Manage cross-channel retargeting strategies and audience expansion.
  • Collaborate on landing page and creative testing to increase funnel performance.
  • Support overall digital marketing strategy and work closely with leadership to align cross-channel efforts.

Performance Optimization & Expansion Strategy

  • Provide recommendations on:
  • High-value search terms to scale
  • Search-term categories with profitable case potential
  • Nationwide expansion opportunities
  • OEM/model-specific targeting based on performance
  • Support development of search-term, state, and product-specific landing pages.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Google Ads expert with 3–7 years of hands-on experience (Search + PMAX required).
  • Proven ability to manage $200K+/mo budgets.
  • Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels in high-CPC competitive markets.
  • Analytical mindset with deep comfort in spreadsheets, Looker/Databox, and attribution modeling.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, nationwide advertising structures.
  • Experience managing Meta, Bing, or social channels.
  • Huge Plus — HubSpot Data Experience

Not required, but strongly preferred:

  • Ability to pull and interpret HubSpot performance data
  • Understanding of deal stages and lead quality definitions
  • Ability to correlate Google Ads spend → lead quality → signed cases
  • Experience syncing conversions between HubSpot and Google Ads
  • Using HubSpot reports to guide optimization
  • HubSpot is used for performance insights—not day-to-day CRM work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
