Google Search & YouTube Ads (Remote)
We’re hiring an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead paid acquisition for a high-ticket B2B agency.
Mandatory: You must have run Google Ads for an agency before (software, web design, SEO, marketing, etc).
You must also have experience with high-ticket online offers (coaching, consulting, agency services $3K–$50K+).
Key Responsibilities
- Build & scale high-intent Google Search campaigns
- Launch & optimize YouTube Ads (authority + retargeting)
- Optimize for booked calls & revenue, not just leads
- Improve CPL & cost per booked call
- Conduct advanced keyword & competitor research
- Manage tracking, attribution & retargeting
- Collaborate on landing page CRO & A/B testing
Requirements
- 4–5+ years Google Ads experience
- Proven results with high-ticket B2B offers
- Managed $10K–$100K+ monthly budgets
- Strong tracking skills (GTM, conversion tracking, attribution)
- Excellent communication & professionalism (comfortable on Zoom)
Bonus: SEO experience + strong YouTube Ads background.
