We’re hiring an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead paid acquisition for a high-ticket B2B agency.

Mandatory: You must have run Google Ads for an agency before (software, web design, SEO, marketing, etc).
You must also have experience with high-ticket online offers (coaching, consulting, agency services $3K–$50K+).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & scale high-intent Google Search campaigns
  • Launch & optimize YouTube Ads (authority + retargeting)
  • Optimize for booked calls & revenue, not just leads
  • Improve CPL & cost per booked call
  • Conduct advanced keyword & competitor research
  • Manage tracking, attribution & retargeting
  • Collaborate on landing page CRO & A/B testing

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years Google Ads experience
  • Proven results with high-ticket B2B offers
  • Managed $10K–$100K+ monthly budgets
  • Strong tracking skills (GTM, conversion tracking, attribution)
  • Excellent communication & professionalism (comfortable on Zoom)

Bonus: SEO experience + strong YouTube Ads background.
