Google Search & YouTube Ads SpecialistRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to lead the paid acquisition strategy for a high-ticket B2B agency.

This role is focused on building and scaling profitable Google Search and YouTube campaigns targeting founders, creators, coaches, consultants, and agency owners.

You must have direct experience running ads for high-ticket services in the coaching, consulting, or agency space.

This is not an entry-level media buyer role.

We are looking for someone who understands commercial intent, lead quality, and full-funnel optimization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize Google Search campaigns targeting high-intent B2B keywords Launch and scale YouTube Ads campaigns for authority positioning and retargeting Conduct advanced keyword research including competitor analysis Build and manage negative keyword lists Structure campaigns for high-ticket lead generation Optimize for booked calls, not just form submissions Monitor and improve Quality Score and ad relevance Continuously reduce cost per lead and cost per booked call

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

  • Work closely with internal team on landing page structure and conversion flow Provide recommendations on landing page copy, structure, and CRO Ensure pages are optimized specifically for paid traffic Collaborate on A/B testing headlines, CTAs, layouts Understand conversion psychology for high-ticket services

Tracking & Analytics

Must have strong experience with:

  • Google Tag Manager Conversion tracking setup Cost per lead tracking Cost per booked call tracking Cost per website visitor Attribution modeling Retargeting setup Pixel troubleshooting

You should be comfortable reading campaign data and making strategic adjustments based on performance.

Experience Requirements

  • 4–5+ years experience running Google Ads Proven experience with high-ticket offers ($3K–$50K+ services) Experience working with agencies, consultants, or coaching brands Experience managing monthly budgets of $10K–$100K+ Strong understanding of B2B acquisition

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
