Job Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of directives related to the identification, development, and enforcement of governance procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and contribute to leading governance practices across all Tanmiah's departments.

Review and enhance processes, procedures, and operating models in coordination with Tanmiah’s departments.

Develop the governance framework and oversee the execution of governance processes across Tanmiah.

Develop and maintain governance-related policies.

Participate in reviewing and evaluating Tanmiah’s roles and responsibilities, authority matrices, and delegation of authority limits.

Review and enhance the governance framework, develop related policies, and promote governance principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Prepare the annual governance report and periodic governance reports.

Lead workshops and awareness sessions to educate employees on corporate governance policies.

Monitor progress in implementing corrective and preventive actions and ensure the closure of governance-related non-conformities.

Provide performance reports on compliance with governance policies and procedures across Tanmiah.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Work Conditions:

Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh.
