Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaison & Compliance
- Act as the primary contact with government agencies such as the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD), Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, and other regulatory authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization regulations, and Vision 2030 workforce localization requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and advise management on their impact.
Employee Affairs
- Handle the processing of Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and exit/re-entry visas.
- Support onboarding processes by managing employee registration with GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad systems.
Coordinate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth government-related procedures for new hires and terminations.
Company Affairs
- Manage the renewal of company licenses, commercial registration, municipal licenses, and Chamber of Commerce certificates.
- Ensure proper documentation for contracts, government portals, and other official records.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by government bodies.
Strategic Support
- Assist in Saudization tracking and reporting, ensuring targets are achieved in coordination with HR and business units.
- Provide advice to leadership on best practices for government relations and risk management.
Support in resolving disputes, penalties, or violations with government authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations, preferably within engineering, consultancy, or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HRDF, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and related government systems.
- Proven track record in handling company-level government compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
