Job Purpose
The Government Relations Officer acts as a key liaison between Binzagr Co. and government agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves proactively promoting policy initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives and fostering strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities

Government Licensing & Compliance

Issue, renew, and cancel permits from municipality, civil defense, environmental, and other regulatory bodies.

Follow the validity of CRs, licenses and permits.

Maintain active communication with government authorities to resolve issues or meet requirements.

Ensures legal compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations

Invoice & Document Management

Process invoices related to government services and ensured timely coordination with the Finance Department.

Maintain updated records of all transactions, permits, and government correspondences.

Gov. authorities relations visits (ex. Police , DOT, Departing employees and remaining Fleet transactions.

Advise sites on required permits or licenses when launching new operations or services.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Law, or Public Relations).

At least 3 years of experience in government relations roles within Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of Saudi government regulations and permit processes.

Proficient in using digital government portals.

Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
