manage all documentation and compliance requirements related to UAE residency visas, company licensing, and employee government processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination with government entities and maintain full compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage all documentation required for UAE residency visas, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Handle submissions to government entities, including but not limited to:
- Company trade licenses
- Employee MOL (Ministry of Labour) processes
- Visa applications and amendments
- Medical tests and insurance coordination
- ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security) services
- Coordinate with insurance companies for medical insurance issuance and renewals.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively manage renewals to avoid penalties or delays.
- Liaise with internal departments to support onboarding, visa processing, and employee documentation needs.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE government procedures, portals, and regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in PRO / Government Relations roles within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government portals (MOL, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
