Role Overview:

The Government Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing all government platforms and regulatory processes in KSA, ensuring full compliance with local laws and labor regulations. This role plays a critical part in handling legal cases, visa processes, Saudization requirements, and maintaining strong coordination between noon and government entities.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain all relevant government platforms including MOL, Ajeer, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, HDAF, Tamm, COC, KSA Visa, MOFA/Enjaz, Muqeem, MCI, TGA, and related systems.
  • Handle MOL legal cases and attend court sessions when required.
  • Manage work visa mandates, overseas processing requirements, and profession changes.
  • Oversee Saudization and Tawtin programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and vendor contracts, including Ajeer-related requests.
  • Manage GOSI and MOL cases.
  • Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of company licenses and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government authorities to maintain operational compliance.


What you’ll need:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Government Relations within KSA.
  • Strong hands-on experience across MOL, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Ajeer, and other government platforms.
  • Solid experience handling MOL legal cases and court procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA visa processes, overseas hiring, and Saudization programs.
  • Experience drafting employment and vendor contracts.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously.
