Graduate Engineer

Overview

We are seeking motivated Graduate Engineers (Emirati National Only) who are early‑career professionals to join our Infrastructure Power team in an office‑based design review and research-focused role. This position supports technical review, documentation, coordination, and analytical tasks within multidisciplinary engineering projects. This opportunity is open to a broad range of early‑career profiles, creating inclusive pathways for learning, re‑entry to the workforce, and career progression.

Your role

Technical & Design Review Support

• Assist with reviewing engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Support compliance checks against standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain design comment logs and assist with technical documentation.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on infrastructure power systems, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare technical notes, benchmarking reports, and data summaries.
• Contribute to digital engineering and innovation initiatives.
• Project Coordination
• Support coordination across civil, electrical, mechanical, and digital engineering teams.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Assist with preparing presentations and project deliverables.

About you

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience who meet any of the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:
• Final‑year students pursuing a degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, seeking part‑time industry exposure.
• Fresh graduates who are currently pursuing a Master's degree and are looking for part‑time work aligned with their studies.
• Mothers returning to the workforce, seeking either part‑time or full‑time opportunities to restart their careers.
• Diploma holders in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines who wish to gain office‑based engineering experience.
