The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Purchase will assist the Purchase team in sourcing, vendor management, material procurement, and process optimization. The role offers exposure to end-to-end procurement activities and aims to build a strong foundation for a future career in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, price comparisons, and delivery schedules.

• Support in vendor identification, evaluation, and registration processes.

• Maintain purchase records and assist in preparing MIS reports.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in data analysis for cost control and process improvement.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Stores, Accounts, and Production to ensure smooth procurement flow.

• Learn and adhere to company procurement policies and compliance requirements.
