Job Purpose:
The Graduate Officer – General Services will support the efficient management of the Bank’s administrative and operational support functions. The role involves assisting in facilities management, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of general services, including facilities, maintenance, and office operations.

Support the coordination and supervision of vendors providing services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.

Help monitor service quality and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and contracts.

Assist in tracking and managing office supplies, assets, and inventory.

Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace setup.

Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Assist in organizing office maintenance schedules and resolving facility-related issues.

Maintain documentation related to service contracts, assets, and administrative procedures.

Collaborate with internal departments to address administrative and operational needs.

Participate in projects related to workplace improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Innovation, or a related field.
