Graduate Trainee – Talent Acquisition (HR)

About the Role:

We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as Graduate Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and want to build a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers across multiple business sectors. You will receive structured training and exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing strategies, candidate management, employer branding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting vacancies.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires.
• Participate in recruitment projects, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Graduated in 2025 or expected to graduate in 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
