Duties and responsibilities:

To operate the station during loading and unloading, ensuring system functionality and line readiness. · Follow daily supply plans provided by the Terminal & Flat Stores Manager. · Monitor drivers to ensure maximum supply capacity for all lines. · Review daily inventory of silos and stock, adjusting plans to achieve maximum supply capacity. · Distribute workers across lines efficiently, minimizing truck waiting time without compromising maximum production capacity. · Fill loading silos according to the plan and deliver the handover form for each shift. · Monitor cleanliness daily using the designated forms. · Ensure system performance and operational readiness 24/7. · Conduct field tours to assess system and conveyor performance. · Comply with turnover operations as directed by the station manager, considering quality recommendations and station activities. · Coordinate with the maintenance team through direct manager to ensure preventive maintenance, ad-hoc maintenance and calibration to ensure efficient operations of the station. · Ensure accurate receipt of incoming quantities per specifications and in close coordination with Q.C, documenting any discrepancies in quantity or quality. · Manage quantity issuance from stock based on production or sales requests while verifying quantities and specifications. · Coordinate quantity transfers between different locations within the station, documenting & capturing each transfer from quantity and quality perspective for inventory tracking. · Responsible to conduct proper receiving and dispatching as per defined SOP’s while maintaining on-time GRN, GDN and GTN. · Responsible for controlling inventory movement physically, on the system & the documents and on reports daily while assuring zero variances at all times. · Responsible for any inventory waste/losses/variances inside the silo/flat store. · Monitor the quality of raw materials during storage and transfer, conducting necessary inspections and actions (i.e. temperature control, stock shuffling…etc.) to prevent shrinkage or damage, and minimize waste.

Responsible for conducting proper & accurate warehousing/silos practices such as bulk material separation to avoid mixing, warehouses/silos capacity utilization, temperature & storage conditions (i.e. fumigation, fans operating, shuffling...etc.) and warehousing tools best deployment assuring safety and quality measure. · Ensuring Pos/vessels are receipts on time while coordinating the necessary approvals internally (i.e. Q.C …etc.). · Coordinate the handling equipment’s requirements with Feedco’s fleet & transportation unit while assuring safety of warehousing & inventory practices, safety standards and handling equipment safety. · Highlight and flag any abnormality in case of stock withdrawals (i.e. consumption).

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

Minimum 3 years in silos operations.

prior experience in logistics management is preferred.
