Graphic Design Trainer

Job Title: Graphic Design Trainer (Part-Time)

We are hiring a part-time Graphic Design Trainer to deliver hands-on classroom training in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for teaching, with added advantage for those familiar with digital marketing concepts and tools.

Training Schedule

• Weekdays: 3 days (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Weekends: Saturday and/or Sunday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Schedule may vary based on batch allocation

Location Requirement

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the training center on Electra Street, Abu Dhabi, and deliver sessions during the scheduled timings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical, hands-on training in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva (for social media and quick design workflows)
• Teach core design principles, layout techniques, and branding fundamentals
• Guide learners in creating portfolio-ready projects
• Introduce learners to real-world applications of design, including basic marketing creatives (social media posts, ads, branding materials)
• Design and manage task-based lab exercises
• Monitor learner progress and provide structured feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth training delivery

Core Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong command of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with Canva
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and learner success
