Now Hiring: Motion / Graphic Designer

Location: Dubai

Salary: 13,000 AED per month

We’re partnering with an innovative company transforming the dining experience in the UAE. As they scale, we’re looking for a creative Motion / Graphic Designer who can bring their brand to life across every touchpoint, from social content and app interfaces to marketing campaigns and in-venue experiences.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Digital Design: Create engaging visuals for social media, digital ads, app UI, and web graphics to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Motion Graphics: Produce animations for social platforms, explainer videos, onboarding flows, and campaign content.
• Brand Ownership: Ensure all visuals stay aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with marketing to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
• Printed & Physical Assets: Design materials for restaurants, events, merchandise, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a designer, with strong motion skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with Figma
• A portfolio showcasing both static and animated work
• Understanding of content formats across TikTok and Instagram
• Previous experience in Fintech, Foodtech, or Startup environments (nice to have)
