Pay Rate: $50-$54/hr on w2

We’re seeking a Junior Designer who has strong fundamental graphic design skills and passion for the client brand. Someone with knowledge of designing for retail spaces with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who is driven, thinks critically, is accountable, empathetic, resourceful, takes initiative and has strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retail brand/account marketing client.

Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer experience, and multi channel marketing Understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing and Social Media Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and able to deliver against functional deadlines

Ability to lead marketing plan development and execution process end-to-end Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs and working with external agencies Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills

Analytical skills and business acumen. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
