Graphic Designer

This role focuses on creating visually compelling static artworks for the organization such as marketing campaigns, social media, and digital assets. The designer will work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

Design Execution

• Create static designs for social media, website banners, emailers, and digital ads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.

Collaboration

• Work with content and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Quality & Delivery

• Ensure timely delivery of design assets.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of static visual artworks.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
