Graphic Designer

We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for developing creative design solutions and supporting internal communication initiatives for our client based in Dubai — one of the largest and most reputable organizations in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months , and is renewable based on performance and business needs .

The role sits within the Branding Team and reports directly to the Branding Manager.

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who can transform concepts into impactful visuals and help strengthen the organization’s internal brand identity. You should have hands-on experience working within a UAE government organization , with strong knowledge of branding protocols, internal communication design, and multi-channel content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare visually engaging presentations, internal communications, and event materials .
• Create logos, visual themes, and branded templates for internal campaigns and organizational initiatives.
• Support the design and production of gifts, marketing collaterals, and other branded assets .
• Capture photos and visual content during internal meetings, events, and gatherings for use across communication channels.
• Assist in the design and layout of policies, guidelines, and official documents to ensure visual consistency.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for printing, production, and delivery of materials.
• Manage and prioritize marketing and design requests from multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: Previous experience working within a UAE Government entity .
• Mandatory: Native Arabic speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field .
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, corporate communication, and internal design .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in event photography and basic video editing is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or within 1 month.
