Graphic Designer

We are an IT company providing complete digital branding and marketing services to multiple clients. We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage various brands with creativity, consistency, and professional expertise. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both organic growth and paid advertising while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and attractive content (images, videos, reels, stories) for multiple brands.
• Record, edit, and produce creative video content for social media marketing.
• Handle daily management of multiple social media accounts professionally.
• Increase organic reach, engagement, and followers through strategic content planning.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop ad strategies, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze insights, prepare reports, and implement growth improvements.
• Understand monetization criteria for platforms and help grow accounts accordingly.
• Ensure high focus, consistent quality, and timely delivery of all digital tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and paid ads.
• Strong creativity in graphic design and video editing.
• Skilled with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously with strong time management.
• Analytical skills to study insights and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
