Support branding initiatives by developing visuals that align with brand identity, tone, and guidelines.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all platforms and communication materials.

Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts that support communication and marketing objectives.
Video Editing & Multimedia Content

Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, corporate communications, events, interviews, and promotional content.

Handle video post-production tasks such as basic color correction, sound enhancement, transitions, and platform optimization.

Adapt and optimize video content for various digital platforms (e.g., social media, web, presentations).
Motion Graphics & Animation

Create engaging motion graphics and simple animations for explainer videos, presentations, social content, and digital campaigns.

Support storytelling through visual effects, transitions, and animated elements where required.
Presentations & Document Design

Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations with strong structure and storytelling.

Design structured documents in Word or InDesign, ensuring clarity, readability, and brand alignment.

Maintain visual hierarchy, layout consistency, and professional presentation standards.
Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with content writers, digital media officers, and internal stakeholders to produce integrated creative outputs.

Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Incorporate feedback constructively and ensure timely revisions and final delivery.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).

5–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content.

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and basic multimedia tools.

Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
-
Basic knowledge of video formats, exporting techniques, and digital optimization.
-
Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills.
