Graphic Designer (Packaging)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience specializing in custom packaging design. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing innovative, functional, and brand-aligned packaging solutions that meet both creative and production requirements. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, production, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality packaging designs from concept to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom packaging solutions including boxes, labels, cartons, flexible packaging, and retail displays
• Create packaging concepts that align with brand identity, market trends, and customer requirements
• Prepare print-ready artwork, dielines, and production files in compliance with packaging and printing standards
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Review proofs, samples, and mockups to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Guide and mentor junior designers on packaging design best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on custom packaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with packaging-specific tools is a plus
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, finishes, and dielines
• Excellent understanding of typography, color management, and branding for packaging

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
