Graphic Designer (Real Estate & Property Development)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate and property development. You will craft compelling visual identities for master-planned communities, residential towers, and commercial projects — from project branding and sales suite materials to digital campaigns and on-site signage.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

◆   Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or property development

◆   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

◆   Experience with master-plan branding and community identity

◆   Design of sales brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral

◆   Production of digital and social media assets

◆   Hoarding, signage, wayfinding, and site branding

◆   Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects a plus)

◆   Strong portfolio showcasing development-related projects

◆   Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
