Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, posters, product packaging, and advertisements.
- Create visually engaging layouts, illustrations, and infographics that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Video Editing:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media clips, tutorials, product demonstrations, and event coverage.
- Assemble raw footage, apply transitions, add effects, insert music, and ensure smooth sequencing to create polished and engaging videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that effectively convey our brand message.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Research and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, video editing software, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and contemporary design solutions.
- Conduct research to understand target audience preferences and incorporate relevant design and video trends into projects.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
- Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar to edit and produce videos.
- Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring accurate color representation, resolution, and file formats.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout techniques, and video production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original and innovative design and video concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
