Graphic Designer & Video Visual Creator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Visual Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on experience in static and motion design, and the ability to create engaging visual content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, websites, and print.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
• Apply grid systems and layout principles for clean, professional designs.
• Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs.
• Create thumbnails, banners, posters, and presentations.

Video & Motion Content

• Create short-form videos for Reels, stories, ads, and YouTube snippets.
• Develop motion graphics for brand promotions.
• Edit videos using Filmora, After Effects, and related tools.
• Create animated text, transitions, and effects.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Creative Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing team to plan visual content strategies.
• Interpret campaign goals into visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with design trends and social media formats.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Canva (Pro)
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Motion graphics using After Effects
• Video editing using Filmora / Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of grid management & layout design
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to maintain aspect ratios for different platforms
• Understanding of brand elements & guidelines
