Job Description:

As a Guest Relations Officer (Restaurant), you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and redirecting calls to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative support such as document handling, courier management, and internal communication.
  • Handle client concerns, feedback, or complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations and communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
