Job Description:

The Sales Compensation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of sales appeals within the Sales Planning and Performance governance team. This position involves meticulous review, coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and complete sales appeals to support the Sales Compensation governance team.
  • Ensure all quarterly appeals are accurate and completed by specified deadlines according to the organization's calendar of events and Appeals SOP/SLA.
  • Execute, maintain, and utilize best practices to achieve optimal results in sales appeals processes.
  • Centralize and manage all SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) Policy documents for various segments, including US SMB, Inside Sales, Healthcare, US International, FDMI, Enterprise, and International Regions in a unified location.
  • Schedule and facilitate discussions to review and implement necessary changes to SIP Policy documents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suites - Required
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Required
  • Bachelor's degree – Preferred
  • ESP and ESTAT Experience – Preferred

Internal Salary grade: 10E

Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is $26.70/hr. to $49.55/hr. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is not eligible for our sales incentive plan.
