Ground Maintenance Dispatch & Client Admin (Bilingual Preferred) Pay: $21.50 - $23.00/hour Location: Detroit, MI

You know the trades. You know that in the ground maintenance business, everything can change with the weather, and the office needs to be the anchor when the crews are out in the field.

Kevin’s All Season Lawn & Landscaping is an established, Black-owned Detroit business looking for a tough, upbeat, and hyper-organized Admin to manage our client communications and documentation. We need someone who respects the blue-collar hustle, can handle property managers with a smile, and keeps our data locked down tight.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Command Center: Monitor and organize emails, responding to client requests and schedule changes swiftly.
• Track the Details: Meticulously track bids, manage contract data, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Positive Frontline: Maintain an uplifting, professional attitude, even when things get hectic or schedules shift on the fly.

• Strong tech skills to track information accurately.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge advantage for working with our local Detroit community and vendors.
